This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist with Digital Marketing Experience. The specialist will handle day-to-day sales activities, including generating leads, presenting property offerings, conducting client meetings, following up on inquiries, and closing deals. The role includes managing customer relationships, providing responsive service to property owners and tenants, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or other internal systems. The specialist will also plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, create and optimize online listings, and coordinate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts. Daily responsibilities include monitoring market trends, preparing sales and marketing reports, supporting promotional events, and contributing ideas to improve brand visibility and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, ideally within real estate or property management.
• Experience in Sales Management and Training to guide sales activities, share best practices, and support continuous performance improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Digital Marketing, including social media management, online advertising, and property listing platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (or Google Workspace), and basic analytics for tracking campaigns and sales performance.
• Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
