Description:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales and Service Associate (Turkish speaker) to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will manage and execute sales and service activities to support student enrollment and engagement. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, assisting prospective students in the enrollment process, and nurturing relationships with Turkish-speaking clients. You will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery, contributing to the overall success of the institution.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Turkish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in customer service and relationship management
• Experience in sales, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable with office software, CRM platforms, and data entry systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Previous experience in the education sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
