Sales And Support Engineer

Description:

This is a full-time Sales and Support Engineer role located in Dubai. As a Sales and Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, managing sales activities, liaising with clients and senior management. You will also be responsible for technical troubleshooting and problem-solving, as well as participating in equipment installations, commissioning, and training activities.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

2 years of experience in technical sales and support In UAE

Experience in electromechanical systems, HVAC, and controls

Strong technical background in Energy management and HVAC systems

Experience in project management and execution

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a team

Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
