Sales & Application Engineer

A well-established organization in Dubai is currently hiring a skilled and results-driven Sales & Application Engineer specializing in cleaning and hygiene chemicals. This role is ideal for professionals who possess hands-on UAE market experience and a strong background in B2B sales within the chemical or industrial cleaning sector.

The selected candidate will be responsible for expanding the company’s client base, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and offering basic technical support related to product applications and chemical dosing systems. The role combines both commercial and technical responsibilities, making it suitable for candidates who can confidently manage sales targets while also advising clients on product usage and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales growth for cleaning and hygiene chemical products across the UAE market
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with current clients
• Manage key accounts and ensure consistent customer satisfaction
• Provide technical guidance on chemical applications, dosing systems, and product performance
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients when required
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service support

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of proven UAE experience in B2B sales of cleaning chemicals, laundry solutions, or similar chemical products
• Practical knowledge of chemical dosing systems will be considered an added advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related discipline (preferred)
• UAE driving license is preferred
