Key Responsibilities:

- Drive revenue growth and profitability for the Mobile Accessories category.
Manage relationships with key retail partners to ensure the availability and promotion of mobile accessories.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional plans for new product launches and ongoing sales.
- Lead category-wise forecasting and planning to optimize inventory levels and product lifecycle.
- Be the go-to point for all BTL activities, sales planning, and in-store merchandising for Mobile accessories.
- Ensure seamless product transitions and competitive strategies in the Mobile Accessories market.
- Implement promotional schemes and train retail partners on product features.
- Conduct market analysis, price mapping, and competitive benchmarking for key categories.
- Track and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets while managing AR and B/C with retail partners.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Category Management, preferably within Mobile Accessories for distribution business.
- Strong expertise in distribution, product lifecycle management, and key account management.
