Description:
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to manage and convert leads, pitch our services, negotiate contracts, and build customer relationships. This remote, contract position targets high-performing executives for career development in the GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage B2C sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach.
- Communicate product value propositions effectively.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations in various formats.
- Address customer objections with persuasive solutions.
- Negotiate terms for mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities in CRM.
- Foster long-term customer relationships through exceptional post-sale support.
- Consistently meet revenue targets and conduct lead follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record with a 20%-40% closing rate and 3-5 years of sales experience.
- Exceptional English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
- Experience in closing high-ticket sales in coaching, training, or consulting.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
- Certification in recognized sales programs is preferred.
