Sales Consultant

Description:

A fast-growing, high-end design & build group is looking for a Sales Consultant to manage qualified inbound leads for villa transformations, landscaping, interior design, and high-ticket renovation projects.

This is NOT cold calling.

You will receive pre-qualified leads and your role is to:

• conduct premium discovery calls
• understand the client’s vision
• align scope & budget
• present proposals
• close high-value design + build projects

You’ll be dealing with clients who expect excellence homeowners, investors, and commercial property owners.

• excellent in English with a clear accent
• experienced selling to UAE clients
• mature in handling high-net-worth conversations
• strong on objection-handling
• consistent, disciplined, and emotionally stable
• structured in using CRM and follow-up systems
• able to sell value, not compete on price
