Sales Coordinator

 

Description:

·        Coordinate with Sales Team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information·

·        Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material·

·        Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested·

·        Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports·

·        Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness ·

·        A solid Computer Skill Well organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving· Team working ability· Analytical & Problems Solving skills· Independence & Self –Reliance.

·        Should know to make Invoice, LPO, Debit note, credit note.

·        Coordinate with Sales, plant, sales manager and accounts team

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years' experience in sales coordination role
  • Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Well versed with MS office and Excellent at excel
  • Knowledge of accounting is preferred
