We are looking for Sales Coordinator – Arabic Speaker to be based in Dubai, UAE
- We are looking for an Inside Sales and Procurement Associate. The candidate will be an integral part of our closely-knit team and will be responsible for all sales coordination and procurement of products for the company across the MENA region.
- Maintain the forecast for every two weeks meeting and take the needed forecast from external sales.
- Prepare commercial offers and get the needed approvals.
- Handling customers from Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, North Cyprus and Turkey and any small orders from new regions.
- Creation of sales orders and maintaining the data of Issuance of PO’s, handling shipments and
- Warranty certificates. Able to analyze technical documents and specifications to understand critical requirements.
- Preferred 5 years of relevant experience as Sales and Procurement.
- Must have handled any kind of Business process software like Infor, oracle or any CRM.
- Must be an Arabic Speaker.
