Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing schedules and communications with clients.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Provide administrative support to the sales department.

Requirements:

• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
