Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support to the sales team in executing and tracking orders, ensuring seamless internal and external communication.

• Process and record sales orders accurately using ERP software, while keeping up-to-date records of all transactions.

• Liaise with suppliers and clients to coordinate order status, follow-ups, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with internal departments, especially warehouse and logistics, to ensure smooth execution and timely dispatch of customer orders.

• Generate sales and order reports, manage quotation follow-ups, and assist in tracking key performance metrics.

• Professionally handle customer inquiries, provide updates, and ensure excellent service is maintained throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be currently residing in India with a willingness and readiness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.

• 2 to 3 years of prior experience in sales coordination or administrative support, preferably within trading or distribution sectors.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for report generation and record management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
