Sales Coordinator

Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our automotive operations in Jebel Ali Free Zone. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth communication with clients, and overseeing end-to-end sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales processes from initial inquiry to final delivery
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments
• Maintain accurate sales records and assist in preparing reports
• Follow up with prospects and support lead conversion
• Collaborate with logistics and admin teams for timely delivery

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive sales or coordination within the UAE
• Valid UAE driving license
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and verbal)
• Strong understanding of vehicle models, specs, and the UAE market
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and time management skills
