Sales Coordinator

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide back-office support to the Sales team, including managing appointments, documentation, calls, and emails
• Coordinate with Sales, Suppliers, and Warehouse to schedule and arrange material deliveries
• Liaise with Accounts and Logistics departments to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain accurate sales and material reports
• Prepare quotations, LPOs, invoices, bills, and other sales-related documents
• Assist in stock maintenance and record-keeping
• Ensure the ERP system (FOCUS) is consistently updated with accurate data
• Prepare monthly sales reports, stock reports, and other reports as required
• Develop and maintain a well-organized filing and documentation system
