Description:
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator with experience in manpower supply sales to support our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting sales operations, and driving the growth of our labor supply business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Support the sales team with lead management and pipeline tracking.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and client meetings.
- Client Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-ups.
- Internal Coordination: Liaise between sales and operations teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Sales Coordination: Oversee the smooth flow of sales orders, from inquiry to delivery.
- Reporting: Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Client Visits: Conduct site visits to understand client needs and ensure service delivery.
- Documentation: Handle sales-related documentation, including contracts, invoices and agreements.
Qualifications:
- Language: Proficiency in Hindi (Required).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales coordination with a manpower supply or recruitment firm.
- License: Must have a valid Driving License.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and experience in client relationship management.
