Sales Coordinator

 

Description:

We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Sales Coordinator to support our dynamic sales operations team. This role is ideal for a professional who can efficiently manage administrative responsibilities while ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:


• Provide comprehensive administrative and documentation assistance to the sales department.
• Generate and manage quotations, invoices, and periodic sales reports as required.
• Maintain accurate CRM records along with updated sales and quotation tracking systems.
• Coordinate closely with customers, the sales team, and workshop personnel regarding payments, product deliveries, and Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI).
• Handle vendor registration processes, manage tender renewals, and ensure proper filing and record maintenance.
• Oversee timely processing of orders and invoices within the company system to avoid delays.

Qualifications & Skills Required:


• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting sales functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Strong command of both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Good understanding of sales reporting procedures and documentation systems.
• Excellent customer service abilities and strong administrative record-keeping skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
