Sales Coordinator

 

Description:

A Dubai-based lighting company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support its administrative and sales operations. This role is suitable for candidates with strong coordination abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience handling sales-related documentation and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the lighting, construction, or trading industry and be capable of managing RFQs, quotations, sales follow-ups, and daily administrative tasks. Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.

• Handle RFQs, prepare quotations, and follow up on customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate sales records, documents, and internal reports.

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Support the preparation of sales documentation and related correspondence.

• Follow up on pending inquiries and assist in improving customer service efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience in the lighting, construction, or trading industry is preferred.

• Strong administrative and coordination skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.

• Immediate availability to join is preferred.

    • RFQ Handling and Quotation Preparation

    • Sales Coordination and Customer Follow-ups

    • Administrative Documentation and Office Coordination
