MY PERFUME FACTORY LLC is looking for a confident, customer-focused, and well-presented Sales Coordinator to join its team in Dubai. This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will support sales activities by engaging with customers, conducting follow-ups, handling cold calls, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Experience in the perfume, beauty, luxury, or retail industry will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team.

• Conduct cold calls and follow up with prospective and existing customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and regular clients.

• Assist in handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service.

• Support business growth through effective communication and coordination.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, customer service, telecalling, or a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English and Hindi; Arabic is an advantage.

• Comfortable making cold calls and conducting customer follow-ups.

• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.

• Experience in the perfume, beauty, luxury, or retail industry is preferred.
