Description:
We are looking for Sales Coordinator for our Cargo/Freight Company based in Dubai (Dubai Airport Free Zone).
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer's enquiries and requirements
- Ensure inventory report is accurate
- Place order and Follow up on order fulfilment with Vendors
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth deliveries
- Assist to prepare shipping documents (Import/export, LC, DO, Invoice, Insurance Policy and etc)
- Liaise with warehouse department to coordinate shipments and provide a timeline to customers
- Arrange for transportation for local and overseas deliveries
- Coordinate with accounts department to monitor payment
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent command in English (reading, writing & speaking).
- Well versed in MS word, Excel and power point.
- With at least 3 years UAE experience.
- Knowledge & experience in handling air, sea and land shipments are also an edge.
- Salary is negotiable, will decide upon interview.
