Sales Coordinator

 

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role
  • ERP Platform related experience will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications

Responsibilities:

  • Make an offer in response to RFQ/ Tender preparation
  • Follow up with the sales team for their offer
  • Logistics procedures – shipping arrangement
  • Coordinate with ASSD for equipment delivery: arrange OD and Invoice
  • Demo preparation
  • Supplier coordination
  • Monitor/ Order Stock Items
  • Monthly sales report; generating required information from CRM and SAP
  • Keep a detailed list of offers sent and maintain record keeping
  • Petty Cash handling
  • Invoice generation
  • Contract Invoicing
  • Preparation of Monthly report
  • Full admin support as required by the sales team and managers
