Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with a biomedical background to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in day-to-day operations, customer communication, and order coordination while using their biomedical knowledge to understand product specifications and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and process customer orders, quotations, and inquiries.
* Communicate effectively with suppliers and clients to ensure timely deliveries.
* Assist the sales team with product presentations, documentation.
* Maintain accurate records of client communication and product details.
* Support in preparing tender documents and product registrations.
* Follow up on sales leads and quotations in coordination with sales executives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in medical or healthcare industry.
* Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Familiarity with medical equipment is a plus.
