- We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Coordinator/Import-Export Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in the agriculture/R&D/Fertilizers industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage import and export activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Prepare and maintain import and export documentation in compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and freight forwarders.
- Generate sales reports and provide sales support to the sales team.
- Monitor inventory Levels and manage stock replenishment.
Key Requirements:
- Any degree or a degree in chemistry is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or Import-Export Coordinator.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of import and export regulations and documentation.
- Must be based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
