Sales Coordinator & Presales Engineer

Description:

Provide vital support to the sales team and act as a bridge between internal departments, vendors, and customers. Ensure smooth order processing, timely procurement, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer purchase orders
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics teams for on-time delivery
• Track and update order status in the ERP system
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
• Maintain accurate customer account records
• Follow up on payments and assist with credit control
• Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding order updates
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 1–2 years’ experience in sales coordination or inside sales (ELV / AV / ICT preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/CRM experience an advantage
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Customer-service orientation and problem-solving attitude
