Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to drive sales while delivering exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to incoming leads and inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings for services such as AC Cleaning, Duct Cleaning, Painting, Handyman, and more
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while promoting a positive brand image
• Engage with past customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend relevant services or packages
• Provide post-sales support to ensure complete customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions using CRM tools
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer support, or account management (service-based industry preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Proactive, customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and messaging platforms
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage multiple priorities
