What Youโll Do
๐ Engage & Influence โ Reach out, cold calls and email new prospects and existing customers to build relationships, proactively present Oracle solutions and generate new sales opportunities
๐ฏ Achieve Your Targets โ Be target-driven! Youโll have clear objectives and key results (OKRs) to meet, ensuring that youโre always on track to hit your goals and contribute to Oracleโs growth
Always foresighted โ Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects that can develop into quality leads
๐ก Master Communication โ Develop top-tier selling and communication skills, using a variety of tools including social media, web-based platforms, and outbound calling to drive engagement.
๐ค Collaborate & Succeed โ Work in our in-country offices with our Marketing and Sales teams to achieve joint targets and develop account strategies that drive results.
Measure: Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results. Perform database and record keeping tasks
What Youโll Bring
โ Target-Driven โ You have the passion and determination to meet and exceed your goals, contributing directly to Oracleโs success.
โ Bachelorโs degree (or equivalent) or relevant experience
โ Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas is welcomed but not mandatory
โ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- both verbal and written, strong time management skills
โ Passion for Salesโ Youโre joining as an SDR with the goal of progressing to a Technology Sales role.
โ Industry Knowledge โ You have an understanding of key competitive technologies and/or specific industries.
โ Fluency in English and local market language โ Clear communication is key!
