Sales Development Representative

Description:

You'll be the first human voice our prospects hear. Your job is simple: take warm leads generated by our ad campaigns and book them into free marketing plan with our team. You will also be calling through our database to build relationships book and appointments and finding new business outside of the normal paid marketing channels.

What You'll Do

- Follow up inbound leads via phone, sms , and DM within minutes of them coming in

- Qualify prospects using our proven script (we train you on this)

- Book qualified appointments into our calendar

- Handle common objections confidently and professionally

- Keep CRM notes clean and accurate

What We're Looking For

- Excellent spoken and written English neutral, clear, professional

- Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, or customer-facing roles

- Confident on the phone you don't hate calling strangers

- Self-managed and reliable you hit your follow-up times without being chased

- Comfortable with tools like GoHighLevel, WhatsApp Business, emailing and talking on the phone with strangers or similar (training provided)
