Job Responsibility:

• Create and manage a Team of Sales Managers
• Impart Project Trainings to internal Sales teams
• Advice and motivate Sales agents to close deals
• Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve
• Manage Daily Reporting, Performance Reviews of the Sales Team
• Assist the team in closing deals in smooth and timely manner
• Activate & onboard Broker agency firms on a monthly basis
• Generate Business from UAE & International Brokers
• Conduct Broker Training Programs
• Plan, budget and organize Open House events
• Support and maintain Broker Relationships by keeping them engaged

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years Real Estate Sales Experience (of which 4 years with a UAE Developer)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good negotiation and analytical skills
