Description:
Job Responsibility:
- Create and manage a Team of Sales Managers
- Impart Project Trainings to internal Sales teams
- Advice and motivate Sales agents to close deals
- Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve
- Manage Daily Reporting, Performance Reviews of the Sales Team
- Assist the team in closing deals in smooth and timely manner
- Activate & onboard Broker agency firms on a monthly basis
- Generate Business from UAE & International Brokers
- Conduct Broker Training Programs
- Plan, budget and organize Open House events
- Support and maintain Broker Relationships by keeping them engaged
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years Real Estate Sales Experience (of which 4 years with a UAE Developer)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good negotiation and analytical skills
