We are on the hunt for a talented and well-experienced Sales Director to lead our sales department and who can add absolute value to our team. We need a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales.
WE ARE LOOKING:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of the UAE Off-Plan real estate industry with proven track record in Sales
- Achieve revenue and KPI targets
- Proven experience as a Sales Director
- With a valid driving license and car
- Excellent in negotiation, organizational, communication, leadership and closing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and strong work ethics
- Can speak and write English fluently
- Professional, presentable, honest and well-mannered
- Can work in a competitive environment
- Management and leadership experience
- Present to CEO regularly, provide forecasts and performance reports for the wider business
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
- Establish a sales training program to train new employees and attend training to the Developer’s office with the agents
- In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices
