Description:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director for our Off-plan department in Abu Dhabi to manage the business operations and sales team.

* The candidate must have worked with a Property developer in UAE.

Build & maintain relations with clients, understand their real estate needs, and preferences, and assist them through the entire sales process.

*Demonstrate understanding of working with brokers.

*Educate clients on products and property features.

*Proficient in using various advertising platforms and tools.

*Continue to develop network and ability to work independently with great dedication and proven track of successful sales record.

Experience:

*Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

*Must be driven, presentable, team spirit, assertive.

*Ability to generate and close deals.
