Sales Director

 

Description:

This is a remote role for a Sales Director for Middle East region. The Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic plans to meet revenue goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales operations, mentoring and leading the sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to foster partnerships. The role requires exceptional communication and leadership skills to represent ITPNCN effectively and contribute to the success of the consortium.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Have good understanding of UAE, KSA and other middle ease markets
  • Strong skills in Customer Service, including building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Experience in Team Management and mentoring sales professionals to achieve their highest potential.
  • Demonstrated success in Business Development and the ability to identify and leverage new opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Understanding of IT and software industry trends, particularly in SMEs, is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
