Description:
The Off-Plan Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for off-plan projects, managing a high-performing team of property consultants, and maintaining strong relationships with developers and clients. This leadership role requires a proven track record in off-plan sales, team management, and strategic business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the off-plan sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leading developers and partners across Dubai.
- Identify new project opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximize exposure and conversion.
- Oversee performance metrics, team productivity, and training needs.
- Stay updated on market trends, new project launches, and competitor activities.
- Represent Banke International Properties at key events, project launches, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8–10 years of real estate experience, with at least 5 years in Dubai off-plan sales.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent network and relationships within Dubai’s developer community.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ambitious, target-driven, and passionate about the Dubai property market.
