Sales Director

Description:

3X Capital Real Estate is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead and grow its real estate sales team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a strong sales leader with extensive knowledge of the Dubai property market and a proven ability to achieve business targets.

The successful candidate will build, manage, and motivate high-performing sales teams while driving sales growth through strategic planning, coaching, and strong market relationships. Experience with Dubai off-plan and primary real estate markets, along with established developer connections, will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve company targets and business objectives.

• Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.

• Build, coach, and motivate sales agents to improve performance and conversion rates.

• Guide agents through client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.

• Maintain strong relationships with UAE property developers and market partners.

• Monitor sales performance, identify improvement areas, and implement effective solutions.

• Drive a target-oriented and performance-focused sales culture.

• Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, off-plan projects, and primary market opportunities.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Dubai real estate sales.

• Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.

• Experience managing, building, and motivating sales teams.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai off-plan and primary real estate markets.

• Established relationships with UAE developers and strong market knowledge.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.

• Target-oriented, disciplined, and energetic leadership approach.
