Sales Director

Description:

OREA Capital is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead sales growth and build a high performing team. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing sales professionals and ensuring the team achieves its targets. You will also guide client relationships and help local and international clients access exceptional UAE property and investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

* Build the sales team, including recruiting and hiring new team members.

* Onboard, train, coach, and manage the team, setting clear individual and team targets.

* Lead the team to achieve agreed revenue, transaction, and client acquisition targets.

* Review individual performance, pipeline activity, conversion rates, and forecasts; address gaps with practical coaching and support.

* Establish and maintain an effective sales process from lead qualification and client consultation through negotiation, transaction coordination, and follow up.

* Develop relationships with local and international investors, high net worth individuals, developers, and referral partners.

* Support the team in matching clients with suitable UAE property and investment opportunities.

* Lead key client meetings and high value negotiations.

* Work with marketing to generate qualified enquiries and strengthen OREA Capital’s market presence.

* Keep the team informed about Dubai and UAE property market trends and relevant opportunities.

* Ensure client communications and sales activity meet company standards and applicable UAE requirements.

Requirements

* At least 10 years of experience in Dubai real estate is mandatory.

* A minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience is required.

* Demonstrated success in leading a sales team and achieving sales targets.

* Experience recruiting, training, and developing sales professionals.

* Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market and transaction processes.

* Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

* Fluent in English.

* A second language is preferred, particularly French, Russian, German, Spanish, or Farsi.

* Relevant UAE real estate credentials or registrations where required for the role’s activities.
