Sales Engineer

 

Description:

Will be reporting directly to sales manager, to promote sales to exploit the market for this segment of business and contribute in meeting the segments objective and maximizing sales, revenue & profitability

 

Functional Roles and Responsibilities:

·      Regularly visit the existing as well as prospective customer to establish/maintain healthy and profitable relationship and to find out their present and future demand to be able to meet them in time.

·      Promoting Company products, brand awareness, with consultants, partners, sub-dealers, through presentations, training, and maintaining business relations

·      Regularly monitor the outstanding debt statement and follow up to ensure collection of the credit in time and in full to avoid loss of money or litigation.

·      Regular update of Quotation, orders on CRM for forecast and planning.

·      Providing Weekly, Monthly Sales Reports to Sales manager

·      After order coordination like, Release of Sales order, order acknowledgment to client, delivery coordination between contractor & OEMs and, site visit, Warranty Aftersales coordination, and documentation

Skills and Experience:

·      Up to 8-10 years of experience on Application Role to support Sales engineers on HVAC products.

·      Degree in relevant branch of Engineering or equivalent technical qualification

·      Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Excel, MS Power Point, Word. AutoCAD, Carrier HAP design Software.

·      Strong understanding and work exposure in engineering and construction industry within the region

·      Familiar with International Air conditioning Standards such as AHRI, ISO, Euro vent, ESMA

·      In depth Knowledge of Psychometric, PH Diagram, HVAC Selection Software’s
