Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Engineer for CNC Machines/Power Tools/Welding Solutions at ATAD International General Trading LLC in Dubai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing new business accounts, managing existing accounts, and driving the growth of CNC Machines/Power Tools/Welding Solutions sales. The Sales Engineer will also be responsible for communicating with customers to understand their needs, following up on leads, and providing technical support to customers.
Responsibilities
- Actively manage the evaluation stage of the sales process
- Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
- Focus on the fulfilment of customer's requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on CNC Machines, Power Tools, and Welding solutions.
- Coordinate all aspects of the sales process from initial quotations through to closing deal.
- Attend events, exhibitions to gather market information and promote the product.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives and providing ongoing support and assistance.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Communicate the features and benefits of your company's products or services to potential customers.
- Scripting and presenting demos.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the CNC Machines/Power Tools/Welding Solutions field
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and deliver results.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
- Strong technical background and knowledge of CNC Machines/Power Tools/Welding Solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English, additional language proficiency is a plus.
