· Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales closure (government/corporate sectors)
· Ability to translate technical specs into customer benefits (hardware/software solutions)
· Strong presentation and negotiation skills – capable of conducting product demos and training sessions
· Social media/digital savvy for business development and brand promotion
Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Sales Management: Develop and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring seamless customer onboarding
2. Technical Solutioning: Assess customer needs and propose customized drone solutions for specific use cases
3. Market Expansion: Expand market presence across key verticals including construction, oil & gas, energy & utilities, public safety, mining, agriculture and government sectors
4. Product Advocacy: Conduct interactive demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions (onsite/remote)
5. After-Sales Engagement: Promote maintenance packages and value-added services to ensure repeat business
6. Reporting: Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics
