Sales Engineer

A leading company in the industrial instrumentation and process control sector is seeking a Sales Engineer to join its team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals with a solid background in instrumentation and substantial experience within the UAE market.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or a related field, with at least 3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE instrumentation industry. Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked with ADNOC or similar strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Promoting and selling a range of instrumentation products and solutions, primarily targeting the oil & gas, power, and industrial sectors.

• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients, especially within ADNOC and associated accounts.

• Preparing accurate technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations.

• Conducting product presentations, technical demonstrations, and on-site client visits.

• Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to market expansion across the UAE.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience within the UAE instrumentation market.

• Prior experience dealing with ADNOC entities is highly desirable.

• Valid UAE driving license is required.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
