Description:
As a Sales Engineer you will manage customer relationships, provide product recommendations, and handle sales negotiations. Your role includes after-sales support, maintaining CRM data, and resolving issues while meeting sales targets and contributing to process improvements.

- Develop and execute customer coverage plans and schedules with effective time management.
- Acquire new customers and retain existing ones in the assigned region.
- Build strong customer relationships to achieve organizational goals.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and recommend suitable products.
- Advise on product use and create technical presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales to meet targets, while understanding competitor offerings.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain CRM data.
- Manage workflow from inquiry to delivery and record market information.
- Resolve or escalate customer issues promptly and keep them updated on product developments.
- Report performance regularly and drive process improvements while adhering to company values.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, with substantial experience in the industry.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of proven experience in heavy equipment sales or Asphalt Road Equipment or a similar sector
