Sales Engineer

 

Description:

As a Sales Engineer you will manage customer relationships, provide product recommendations, and handle sales negotiations. Your role includes after-sales support, maintaining CRM data, and resolving issues while meeting sales targets and contributing to process improvements.

 

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute customer coverage plans and schedules with effective time management.
  • Acquire new customers and retain existing ones in the assigned region.
  • Build strong customer relationships to achieve organizational goals.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and recommend suitable products.
  • Advise on product use and create technical presentations.
  • Negotiate and close sales to meet targets, while understanding competitor offerings.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain CRM data.
  • Manage workflow from inquiry to delivery and record market information.
  • Resolve or escalate customer issues promptly and keep them updated on product developments.
  • Report performance regularly and drive process improvements while adhering to company values.

 

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, with substantial experience in the industry.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of proven experience in heavy equipment sales or Asphalt Road Equipment or a similar sector
