Job Description:

Proto21 is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Engineer to join its fast-paced customer operations team. This role involves direct client interaction, bridging sales with production teams, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Prepare and send quotations, draft contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets
• Coordinate with production and project teams for smooth order execution
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Build and sustain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support as needed

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
• 3D software knowledge and manufacturing experience are advantageous
• Minimum 4 years of GCC experience in customer service is mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; technical writing is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities
• UAE Driving License is a plus
