Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with a solid background in concrete equipment sales. This role requires a professional with a proven track record of handling complex sales cycles, driving new customer acquisition, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Execute product and solution sales within the concrete equipment sector, targeting both new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic deals.
- Prepare financial models and proposals that clearly communicate the value of our solutions.
- Deliver tailored, persuasive presentations that showcase our unique value propositions.
- Address technical requirements in RFP/RFI responses and coordinate with internal teams to support product enhancements.
- Demonstrate expertise in laboratory equipment used for concrete testing and inspection.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of proven experience as a Sales Engineer in the concrete equipment field.
- Strong record in complex solution sales with sound technical knowledge of concrete technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment for concrete testing and quality control.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi and Arabic is a plus.
