Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell HVAC equipment (VRF, Chillers, AHUs, DX systems) to consultants, contractors, and end users.
  • Interpret technical specifications and prepare compliance statements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Generate and follow up on high-quality sales leads, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
  • Prepare technical submittals and project documentation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in HVAC air conditioning systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven knowledge of VRF, Chillers, AHUs, and HVAC market dynamics in the Market.
  • Strong communication skills—able to engage both technical and business audiences.
  • Valid residency and driving license.
