Description:
Four Square Steel Construction Contracting LLC, part of the Blue Square Group of Companies, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in steel construction / steel structures, along with excellent sales, communication, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for steel construction and steel structure projects.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with estimation and engineering teams.
- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for technical clarifications and execution support.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and project opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in steel construction / steel structure projects.
- Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
