We’re Hiring – Sales Engineer

Four Square Steel Construction Contracting LLC, part of the Blue Square Group of Companies, is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in steel construction and structural steel projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business development, client relationships, and project growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in steel construction and structural steel projects
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations to showcase company capabilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers
• Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with estimation and engineering teams
• Follow up on leads and convert potential opportunities into confirmed projects
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical clarifications and support during project execution
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth

Requirements:
• 2–4 years UAE experience as a Sales Engineer in steel construction / structural steel
• Solid knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection, and engineering concepts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in business development
