Sales Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing team in the UAE. In this role, you will help industries find smart, sustainable, and cost-effective ways to treat and reuse their wastewater. Responsibilities

  • Discover and develop new business opportunities for industrial wastewater treatment in the UAE.
  • Meet and engage with industrial clients and EPC contractors to present our solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals that meet client needs.
  • Work closely with engineering and project teams to design accurate, feasible solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat and strategic business.
  • Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and competitor activities to identify growth areas.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in industrial wastewater treatment solution sales.
  • Hands-on experience in a B2B environment with direct client engagement (not just through dealers or channels).
  • Good understanding of biological treatment processes (anaerobic, aerobic, nutrient removal, biogas recovery).
  • Knowledge of wastewater regulations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel across the UAE.
