We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing team in the UAE. In this role, you will help industries find smart, sustainable, and cost-effective ways to treat and reuse their wastewater. Responsibilities
- Discover and develop new business opportunities for industrial wastewater treatment in the UAE.
- Meet and engage with industrial clients and EPC contractors to present our solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals that meet client needs.
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to design accurate, feasible solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat and strategic business.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and competitor activities to identify growth areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- 3–6 years of proven experience in industrial wastewater treatment solution sales.
- Hands-on experience in a B2B environment with direct client engagement (not just through dealers or channels).
- Good understanding of biological treatment processes (anaerobic, aerobic, nutrient removal, biogas recovery).
- Knowledge of wastewater regulations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel across the UAE.
