Sales Engineer

ROVE ELECTRIC L.L.C is urgently hiring a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer – MEP to join its growing team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for engineering professionals with experience in MEP or HVAC sales who are passionate about developing business opportunities and building strong client relationships.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers, understand project requirements, and provide suitable engineering solutions while supporting business growth. Candidates with UAE market experience and a valid UAE driving license will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.

• Promote MEP solutions and support sales activities for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Review technical drawings and project specifications to identify client requirements.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for customers.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project support and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in MEP/HVAC sales or business development.

• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand project specifications.

• UAE/GCC market experience preferred.

• UAE driving license preferred.

• Candidates with UAE market experience will be given priority.

• Strong knowledge of:

• HVAC systems.

• Electrical and plumbing systems.

• Project specifications and technical drawings.
