Sales Engineer

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales Engineer (HVAC) to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, pitching, and securing new HVAC projects, equipment supply, and maintenance contracts across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

📋 Key Responsibilities
✅Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and target prospective HVAC projects, tenders, and maintenance/service contracts across the UAE.

✅Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with MEP contractors, HVAC consultants, developers, project managers, and facility management companies.

✅Technical & Commercial Proposals: Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate technical proposals, competitive commercial bids, and quotations.

✅Site Visits & Consultations: Perform technical site surveys, evaluate client requirements, and recommend optimal HVAC equipment and contract solutions.

✅Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead commercial negotiations, finalize contract terms, and ensure smooth handover to project execution teams.

✅Market Intelligence: Track upcoming UAE construction and MEP projects, monitor industry trends, and keep abreast of competitor activity.

🎯 Requirements & Qualifications

🌟Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.

🌟Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE HVAC / MEP market.

🌟Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is STRICTLY MANDATORY.

🌟Network: Established relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, and developers in the UAE.

🌟Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment selection, and contract structuring.

🌟Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
