Sales Engineer

Description:

Universal Trading Company LLC (UTC) is expanding its Machinery Division and is looking for experienced and motivated Sales Engineers to join its team in the UAE. UTC is an established machinery company and an authorized DEUTZ AG dealership, providing engines, spare parts, generators, and industrial equipment solutions. The company is also an authorized dealership for KOMAC Forklifts.

The selected candidates will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, promoting machinery solutions, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical knowledge and commercial sales experience within the industrial machinery sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new customers, business opportunities, and sales channels within assigned territories.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular communication and visits.

• Conduct customer visits, market research, and business development activities.

• Promote diesel engines, spare parts, generators, compressors, forklifts, and industrial machinery solutions.

• Prepare quotations, respond to customer inquiries, and manage sales follow-ups until closure.

• Identify new projects, applications, and market opportunities to support business growth.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company objectives.

Requirements:

• Engineering background, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

• Proven sales experience in machinery, engines, generators, compressors, forklifts, or related industrial equipment.

• Strong technical understanding combined with commercial sales abilities.

• Existing customer network within the UAE is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• UAE driving license is preferred.

• Strong ability to develop new business and achieve sales objectives.

• Technical sales, customer relationship management, and business development

• UAE industrial market, quotations, and sales processes
