Description:
We are hiring a Sales Engineer Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
- Communicate with subsidiaries and help to implement AC after sales strategy
- Train, motivate System AC Installers and lead System AC Installers’ development in the region
- Set installation standards as MENA HQ and secure implementing them in the field
- Cooperate with CS Team to set and maintain service standards
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Educating prospective customers on the superior quality products / services
- Visiting customers and supporting subsidiaries (bridge between region team and MENA HQ)
- Supporting subsidiaries for spec-in activities with 1st Tier & 2nd tier customers (contractors, MEPs) and consultants
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in HVAC sales
- Bachelor degree or post-graduate degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering
- Fluent in English
- Strong experience in VRF Systems, understanding of principals of Air Conditioning, refrigeration and heating
- Excellent Presentation and training skills (PowerPoint & Excel is a must).
- Self-motivated, hard-working, team player and with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Able to foster relationships with Internal and regional stakeholders in order to be able to achieve goals.
