WEM is looking for a Senior Salesman to expand our market presence in Abu Dhabi & the Western Region. If you have a strong background in construction sales, a solid network in the industry, and a proven track record in selling concrete cutting, repair, and strengthening solutions, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients
✅ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Abu Dhabi and Western Region
✅ Achieve and exceed sales targets in concrete cutting and repair solutions
✅ Provide technical insights and propose the best solutions to clients
✅ Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
✅ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands

Requirements:
✔️ 5+ years of sales experience in the UAE construction industry
✔️ Strong knowledge of concrete cutting, repair, and strengthening services
✔️ Established network with contractors, consultants, and developers
✔️ Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region
✔️ Excellent negotiation and communication skills
✔️ Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently
