Our store offers a curated selection of fashion, dresses, abayas, perfumes, accessories, and beauty products, requiring someone who understands luxury retail, styling, and personalized customer service.

Key Responsibilities

·      Deliver an exceptional and personalized shopping experience.

·      Build strong customer relationships and provide professional styling advice.

·      Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

·      Effectively upsell and cross-sell products across all categories to maximize sales.

·      Recommend complementary products to increase customer satisfaction and basket value.

·      Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is always well-presented.

·      Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and daily store operations.

·      Stay informed about new collections, product features, and promotions.

Candidate Profile

·      Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion, luxury retail, beauty, or lifestyle.

·      Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

·      Strong upselling and cross-selling skills.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Professional appearance with a customer-first attitude.

·      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

·      Arabic speaking is a strong advantage.
