Sales Executive

Description:

We are seeking male and female Sales Executives (2 vacancies) with experience in the plastic Polymers and Filler Masterbatch industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and will be responsible for developing new client relationships while maintaining and growing existing ones.

This role requires someone with strong sales and negotiation skills, technical understanding of film machine operations, and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively on-site. Experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve sales targets
• Analyze market trends and identify competitive advantages
• Track key sales metrics to ensure consistent performance
• Understand technical issues related to filler materials and film machines
• Provide on-site solutions and technical support to clients when needed
• Follow up and ensure timely collection of payments from customers
• Travel to customer sites and maintain a hybrid working arrangement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales of plastic raw materials and Filler Masterbatch
• Preferred knowledge of film blowing/bag film machines and common filler-related issues
• Proven experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and achieving sales targets
